POSITION: COLDFUSION DEVELOPER

Martech Social specialises in social media technology and strategy. Our core product is the M.Social platform which is a fully customisable social networking platform enabling organisations to create online communities, branded social networks, fan zones, passion sites and social intranets. Our clients include Red Bull, Mercedes Benz, Cotswold Outdoor and Dennis Publishing. We are looking for a highly motivated computer science graduate to assist the development team supporting the maintenance and testing of the core social networking platform.
Scope of work
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following scope of work:
Creating design, development, technical and support documentation of all development processes.
Creating and implementing test plans.
Logging and monitoring help desk support requests.
Assisting the development team with bug fixing and new core strand work
Qualifications
The successful applicant must have completed a computer science degree and have at least two years’ experience as a developer.
They should have the ability to research and understand technical documentation, and an understanding of how to apply various technical resources.
They must have awareness of social media, current and emerging technology trends and direction, as well as a keen interest in computer-based information systems and technology.
Interested applicants should possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
Knowledge of ColdFusion, (CFML), SQL Server, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Web Services, XHTML/XML.
